HON. ARINZE NNIA OGBODO COMMENDS GOVERNOR MBAH ON GRASSROOTS EMPOWERMENT INITIATIVE
Hon. Chief Arinze Nnia Ogbodo, President General of the Enugu State Council of President Generals of Town Unions, attended the greenhouse handover ceremony at Ugwuomu Nike under the ENS-EWAS Cooperative Programme.
Speaking on the initiative, Chief Ogbodo appreciated the Governor of Enugu State, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, for introducing a programme aimed at improving the lives of citizens, particularly indigent and vulnerable individuals.
He noted that the initiative would create economic opportunities, promote agricultural development and support beneficiaries in building sustainable livelihoods.
According to him, programmes that directly impact the lives of ordinary citizens, especially those who need assistance the most, demonstrate a commitment to inclusive development and a better future for the people of Enugu State.
He further emphasized the importance of sustaining such initiatives to ensure that more citizens benefit from government interventions.
Hon. Arinze Nnia Ogbodo reaffirmed the importance of grassroots participation in supporting programmes that bring development, hope and economic empowerment closer to the people.
Together, we are building a stronger, more prosperous and empowered Enugu State!
